It is very frustrating - a track will load ready to play but simply won't stream anything

Smoothwall Amazon music works on every other device and every other service works on the firestick

We live on site and therefore connect to the school's wifi which has a Smoothwall firewall. We have an Amazon Firestick and use Amazon Music - we have Prime membership, however Amazon Music will not stream music on the firestick. It does work on every other device (ipad, iPhone, laptop, android phone ) and it will work on the firestick when we connect to the wifi of a neighbouring cafe. Any ideas on how to solve this one?
