Who do you use for sims support?

 

we need a company to offer helpdesk and upgrades to sims, so far ive had few quotes but they are so random in the prices, ive been given a budget 4k for it and only one came it just above this.

 

would be helpful know of who others use for this so i can get some recommendations and other prices..

Another one for SIPS, I hve used them for the last 10 years or so. Great support and all training is included.

Have you checked with your Local Authority? If they do not offer SIMS support directly, they can usually point you in the right direction.

I think most local authorities have their own MIS support service, We get ours through Greenwich LA, they are pretty quick at sorting problems, deal with Capita on our behalf if needed and do all the upgrades for us.

School Business Services are another option

Our MAT uses Schools ICT Services here in Leeds although I think they're happy to support schools in a much wider area these days.

We use our LA but do our own upgrades.

Another shout out for SIPS education. We've recently started with them and so far - so good. We're moving from CMIS to SIM with their help and they have been first rate.

SIPS for us too. Absolutely fantastic! Never learnt so much on courses as I do with them. Their customer service is the best I've known.
