    Class Charts uses the MlS ID...export that from sims with your parent email addresses...that's how you match up your records.

    Where are you based? If you are in the Midlands there's a fantastic Sims support company called SIPS. They, in my opinion, are far better than the LA or Capita. They are absolutely fantastic and their customer support is the best I've known.

    SIPS for us too. Fantastic service. Brilliant support. Great staff. Training is the best I've been on. They certainly know their stuff! Can't recommend them highly enough!
