HP support are being HP support, will not give me any till I get agreement ID.

 

In the meantime I am trying to google a bit to see how it should work.

 

I have a device that will not backup but can deploy new firmware to. The log files are a complete dogs dinner.

Yep, done that. We are all licensed up and have support but they need a Service Agreement Number which may take me a while for me to locate :-( .

They should be able to act in the basis of the serial number/system if which you will find in the GUI

Not now they don't.

 

You'd of honestly thought there would be a way and I got it bit frustrated with them before but this time I just thought if they need it I will have to try and find it.

 

They couldn't help me locate the serial number in the GUI either.
