Dogsbody23 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Hi Guys, I am having problem with a windows 10 user that when ever she shuts down her machine it boots into "safe mode" showing the recovery options. I am not sure what is causing this it seems to be happening no matter what. Bit of a puzzler as I work remotely so I am not able to do any physical inspection to see what the user is actually doing. Has anyone run into this issue before and been able to resolve it ? Many Thanks Dogs
3s-gtech Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Can you disable the recovery options with bcdedit? That'll stop safe mode working full stop, but it's not really something you want enabled on domain PCs anyway. 1
