Hi Guys, I am having problem with a windows 10 user that when ever she shuts down her machine it boots into "safe mode" showing the recovery options. I am not sure what is causing this it seems to be happening no matter what. Bit of a puzzler as I work remotely so I am not able to do any physical inspection to see what the user is actually doing. Has anyone run into this issue before and been able to resolve it ? Many Thanks Dogs

I have a user with a laptop the has the right click menu pop up randomly when he is typing in outlook. He is using a mouse and keyboard separate from his laptop so I don't think it is any interaction with the touch pad, which was my first suspicion. Has anyone encountered anything like this happening before ? thanks Dogs

Found the problem. She hit the email cap, she sent 10,000 emails in one day.

Yes the bcc field is being populated normally, outlook is spacing all the emails out correctly

The email addresses are in a big excel file. They are being copied from there to the bcc, we have tried a different selection of emails but we are still getting the same problem

Hi Everyone, One of my users is having an issue with Outlook 2013, She is sending out big mail shots for advertising. She is sending the email to herself and bcc the mailing list in (we know about the 500 recipient limit we are only sending 450). It has been working for a long time now but it has just started to error when sending the email, popping up saying "Operation Failed". Has anyone else run into this issue? Any help you can give will be appreciated. Regards Dogs

Hi, I am having a problem with Outlook 2013, all my folders for the account have been stuck at the 24/04/2015. Outlook shows that it is connected to the exchange server but isn't updating the folders. I can send emails out but I don't receive any. Has anyone else seen this problem and solved it? Thanks Dogs

I have a few sets of broken speakers and amps in a few of my classrooms, Hercules XPS 2.100 Silver Speakers - PC Games - PC (Accessories) I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for replacements? I am looking for a similar set up to the previous speakers. Thanks Dogs

The clients get the drivers from the server, can they still be different versions in this case?

Hi I have a problem with the Ricoh Multifunction Printer in the school I work at. The problem is that the Defaults Properties from the drivers are not propagating down to the clients at all, the client settings have been stuck in a3 and letter for a few weeks now. No matter what I do I cant get the drivers on the client machines do pick up the default settings on the server drivers. Anyone run into this before and knows how to fix ? Thanks Dogs

Hi, I am having some trouble with our new server 2012 dc. I have installed printers on the server but when i go to test the printers the print spooler service turns off. I have never seen this before has anyone run into it ? Thanks Dogs

Do you know of any affordable inventory software that has the scanning functionality? It does seem that the reprinting of labels isn't necessary if the db is recording the serial number from a device. thanks
