DaveWalton Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 We have sibelius installed using windows 7 on a small number of Pc's. The pcs have hardly any other software on them and have a lot of ram. We are experiencing regualar crashes with the software, where it will play and then suddenly hang and thats it unless we log out or end the task Has anyone else experienced anything similar and were you able to fix?
its_sam Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I was just wondering if you ever managed to get to the bottom of this? We are also experiencing issues with Sibelius 8 crashing at random intervals.

Had to change to SSd drives and also a few of our keyboards were not compatible with 64 bit operating systems we did previosuly use an alternative driver but this was causing issues, whenwe replaced these most crashes we had after the SSDs were installed stopped
