Who changed my behaviour log

I have entered a behaviour log and checked the next day to see that the wording had been changed. I think it was a mistake as it has the name of a different student and incident in it now!

I'd like to be able to track down whoever changed this as clearly the record they thought they were editing hasn't been updated.

Is it possible to look through any logs to see who did it?

If this is SIMS then no there isn't an audit on this in SIMS7

This has been a feature request for longer than I've been working in education.
