ActivInspire: Can see slides in preview, but not in main window

As above. Suspect that it's a "view" problem, but when I opened the flipchart on a machine at a different site the problem persisted. At a "SMART" school today, so was hoping someone had a fix for this I could try tomorrow. Not sure which version, but pretty sure it's <1 year old.

Hi LeMarchland,

When this happens, it's normally when the flipchart has become corrupt for some reason.

This could be due to some issue that has occurred during the save, or moving the file from one location to another.

Thanks, they managed to recover it by saving it somewhere else. I do suspect that (given the user...) she may have just let the laptop run out of power with a few hundred windows open.
