Just to make you aware - that isn't a proper PoE midspan device - it simply pumps 48v down the lines. Its only 10/100Mbit also. Be careful when using such a device, as it may well void your warranty on anything you plug into it as it doesn't specifically comply with the PoE standards.

The APs are 24v but we use the Unifi power adapters (Can't remember correct name) that move it down to 24v for the APs, plus the old one was only 10/100 aswell and the APs we use are no better than 10/100

 

Apart from the Pro but we have that powered locally so it gets full gigabit.
