Azure Pricing

Evening all,

 

I am looking at the online booking system found here: Room Booking System - Online Room Booking Software - to replace our current offering from the LEA. It's being forced as the LEA is disbanding it's support for the system it built in an effort to cut costs (and I suppose pass those costs to schools).

 

Does anyone use these people?

 

Also - I've been told that it can be connected to an AzureAD, which we have got. That would be amazing but you have to pay for custom apps on Azure. I've not done this before, and never researched it. I wonder if others have and what sort of monthly money they spend on Azure. Also - how do you pay it?

We (and loads of others on here) use parents evening booking system, which is the same people.

 

That system works really well, seems reliable and they're generous with their support to answer stupid questions from people like me

 

We had a fully functional free trial and I think the same is available for the room booking system. Pretty sure they're on here too.

We use Room Booking System here and it's great, we use SSO with local ADFS not sure about Azure however if you call they'll be able to tell you (they were really helpful when we were looking to get it, brilliant support as well) and can set up a trial so you can try to the system for yourself.

I'd back up what Steve said - they're very helpful. Additionally, it's a company where I left a voicemail and they came back to me promptly!

I've used them for years but login using public ldap instead of azure. Their pre-sales and tech support is very good. I'm very happy.

Again, we are a happy customer of theirs, but we don't use Azure.
