MatthewG Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 Hi there, I am new to this forum.....right, I am able to search achievements and behaviours but I need to be able to print a report for each tutor group that gives their name, reg group, achievement points total and behaviour points total. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks in advance.
PhilNeal Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 You know that every tutor can have a home page widget that gives them all of this info & much more. It saves loads of paper!
CMLG Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Hi Phil Can I set this up for them globally - or do they have to do it themselves?
CMLG Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Aah, they won't do it then... they will be too busy!
bobsmith Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 do a quick guide with pictures, email it out to them, voila, you've covered your backside. You can even offer an after school or lunchtime session where you can do it with them. But you can only lead a horse to water....
mukz Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Themselves, it's the way of SIMS I thought you can set up homepage groups and tailor widgets to the group?
PhilNeal Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 I'm pretty sure that you can force widgets onto staff now.
bobsmith Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 In my limited testing so far, although you can force a widget onto staff IF you've assigned them to a "home page group", you can't configure the widget per person as you would need to do.
JamiePearce Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 I want to do this, but i want all a wiget to show all of year 11 by name and their overall total of achievement and behaviour points. I can only seem to get it for individual tutor groups, is there a way i can set this up for the whole year group? I need to show each tutor group who are the top 30 students getting achievement points.
