[sims] Adding Pay Bonuses in SIMS/FMS?

Hi all,

I had an odd request yesterday, one of our finance staff asked about how to add a payment bonus on FMS/SIMS Personnel. I suggested that Allowances and Allowance Awards would be something that could work, but apparently when they enter a desired bonus amount in Allowance Awards, FMS calculates it to be a much lesser amount, e.g an annual award of 500.0 only adds 1.34 to the salary. I've suggested that they just simply remember to edit the amount in the Individual Payment section, but does anyone know how to add bonuses properly in FMS/SIMS Personnel, or how to use Allowances properly?
