NM Contract type, term time only. .917 or full time please vote

I am interested in seeing how other schools run their ICT compared to us due to some changes in my contract.

 

Could you please vote above to see what most schools do for their ICT support? Mainly Network managers i am interested in.

Knock off one "Full time". I only saw the NM bit after I'd voted!

NM... Termtime plus 5 days. Overtime was choice pay/TOIL but has now gone to TOIL only unless I apply for overtime to achieve a specific task.

What your employment arrangement is kind of makes no sense out of context.

 

A big school or a Multi Academy Trust might have a mix of staff on a full time, part time and TTO basis.

 

Some people work at more than one school, usually small, and are employed part time at both but it equates to full time.
