Total Lock software not working on random pc's

We have some courier FIPS 197 Excripted memory sticks that when you plug in auto runs a program called totallock.exe which is software on the stick to allow you to log in to it. If the auto run doesn't appear then you can click on it (f:) and it runs on most machines.

On others when you put the stick in it registers ( bing bong) and also appears in lower corner to safely eject it. In my computer I can see a F drive but it appears as a cd drive and when clicked just opens a empty window with no files?

Any Ideas?

When you first plug a drive in it asks you what you want to do with it and remember your choice, and I think your seeing varying behaviour based on what was chosen as the default behaviour on each PC.

There are autoplay GPOs (Computer Config/Windows Components/Autoplay?), try changing Remember Choice to disabled and Set Default Behaviour to Autoplay perhaps?
