Hi,

We have IPads set up around the school that teachers can use to take photos - however the photos are no longer being uploaded to the server from dropbox - is there a way I can check the file pathing and correct it?

Ipad - Dropbox - dropbox then uploads to a) *random folder on server*

Was working fine up until early August when holidays were around.

Thanks,

Oliver

Dropbox was hacked (back in 2012, but the accounts only leaked a week or so ago, and it was 68 million accounts!), so they did an enforced password change on all old accounts. Maybe yours was one?

TBH, there's an easier way to get photos off iPads (via @sted), install this app, open it on the ipad, go to the URL displayed on the app (and add it to the staff member's bookmarks), and you can simply drag and drop photos off the device straight onto any computer.

Edit: the link would help! here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/wifi-photo-transfer/id380326191?mt=8

I would try your account on a random pc and see if it syncs that way with the firewall off. It could be port/firewall/ internet filtering

or

Pair your phone to a laptop and see if a file syncs from the laptop to the dropbox on you network, then reverse it around to see which way works
