Can anyone get to the login page for this site: https://emsonline.leics.gov.uk/ems/ems_home.asp

 

We just get a popup saying that we need to use IE to access the page (we are) and then get a 404 error.

I got the 404 error with IE 11, but I can get the login page to display if I add the site to compatibility view.

404, but in developer tools if i turn if off from the default of edge, a login screen appears.

If you add the site to compatibility view in IE11 it returns the login screen too
