Mechanical keyboards - what're you (personal kit) using?

While I have a lovely Model M and some decent Dell Model M clones, they "sound like hippos clog dancing". In the interests of harmony, I need something quieter.

Poking around /r/mechanicalkeyboards and other places, I'm torn between a tenkeyless Filco Majestouch-2 or a tenkeyless Ducky Channel One, both with MX Browns.

Can you suggest anything else that you use and are happy with? I'm after robust, nice to type on, not much bling, tenkeyless and quiet-ish.

I'm using one of these: Das Keyboard 4 Professional Mechanical Keyboard

Really nice to type on, not flashy (can't stand stuff from the likes of razer for example), feels very well built. Quieter to type on than the corsair one i had a while back, but not as silent as a non-mechanical by any means.....and I'm really fussy with always having media controls so that i can control music while i game :p

EDIT: This one is Cherry MX brown keys, the corsair one i had previously were blacks.

I just got the corsair strafe rgb. Mine is the cherry mx blue one. It has bling, but it changes the colour and looks fancy.

Corsair K65 RGB here with cherry MX reds, it's got flashy lights and stuff - I was going to go with the standard K65 but that didn't come with a wrist rest and the RGB wasn't a whole lot more (was on sale at the time)

I have a Filco Ninja Majestouch-2, cherry brown. Nice positive feel without an actual click, not too loud (YMMV). I've been very pleased with it. Edited by pcstru
