Ranger Account Manager - Alternative

We have this summer removed Ranger from our network, wondering if someone can please help, as we are looking for an alternative to the Ranger account manager as this has not been updated for some time.

 

Has anyone got any recommendations?

I did have ranger but it was like 10 years ago, what is the reason you have had it and what are you wanting to happened with a replacement piece of software
