SIMS- Technical Training

Hi all,

 

Does anybody know how we can get Technical training on installing/managing SIMS for individual technicians?

 

We have contacted Capita but they didn't reply on a number of occasions!

Yes they do, got a whole book of courses around here somewhere :s Will see if I can dig it out if you'd like?

Page 50+ is for Techies (Installing SIMs etc) etc but lots of options depending what you want them to play with

 

(There's primary version too if you need)

If someone objects to paying for the course higher up, then you can sign up to myaccount and look at the handbooks used on some of the course and try to familiarise yourself.
