We have a few schools who are with inthehive for email services, it looks to be Exchange Online. Does anyone have a clue as to how we could export emails into our own Office 365. The only option i can see at the moment is to download PSTs out of Outlook which will take an age.

I've filed a ticket with them, but they haven't got back to me yet - i can't imagine they are busy!

There's a couple of ways you could do this. Do they support IMAP? If so, you can use the built in tools within Office 365 to do it.

Otherwise, there's paid for products. Depending on the number of mailboxes this might be more cost effective.

Or you can do it as you've said and download PST files and reimport them but I've had mixed experiences with this.

presume you used IMAP? What did you do for the calendar and contacts?

You can't do those that way, it's mail only. There's paid for tools that can.
