Hi

How many beeps (Long beeps or shoprt beeps) does it do?

I would check the RAM as this is the most likely cause of rebooting, but if you let me know the POST code (Beeps) I may be able to help more !

if you press F8 repeatdly before windows loads in between the bios etc you should get the startup menu ie like when you go to do safemode

you should from there be able to disable automatic restarting ( as one of the options ) that should allow you to see a bsod ( blue screen of death )

from there you can google it and it should give you some idea as to what the issues are.

The hard drive is a reasonable likely cause as per the other suggestions though, along with the RAM and possibly requiring a new power supply ?

could be anything really :p

agreed, hence why suggested disabling automatic restart - the bsod will probably give a clearer idea as to whats going on.

Long shot but could be a dodgy driver :)

well if you've tried new memory and hard drives it can't be them! i'd try removing all seperate add on cards just leaving the graphics card in! with problems like these its just a case of trial and error! after that try a different graphics card! just a case of trying all different possibilities to find the faulty component!
