hmm, ive put in two new ram cards, and 3 hard drives. the same things happening a long continuous beep.

hi im working on a computer at work, i cant understand whats wrong with it. its an old machine, windows 200, with 512 mb of ram. When i turn it on, it beeps a lot, bios loads, then the windows 2000 page loads up, bthe blue bar fills, then it restarts itself and does it again in a never ending circle. any ideas please?
