iPad app configuration files

Is there a way to export/grab the configurations from iOS apps?

 

I'm using Lightspeed MDM and it gives you the option to add a configuration plist file to the deployed app. But how do I a) get this file from an existing iPad (if possible) or b)How would I go about generating these files for the apps.

 

Ideally I want to set permission for the camera & photos etc, default servers for Foldr & Accelerated Reader etc.
