Can anyone suggest/recommend a laptop for my brother?

Can anyone suggest/recommend a laptop for my brother who dabbles with CAD software?

 

This is the spec he gave me that he is after:

 

- Smallish size (13 - 14 in) laptop

- Fast (DJ Comment: I guess that means i5 and an SSD...) and not too expensive.

- Refurb is a possible option.

- Would like something sleek if possible.

- Budget around £450.

A touch over budget, but with the CAD requirements perhaps an APU with more powerful graphics capabilities would be better than the usual Intel fare at this price?

Thanks 3s-gtech, unfortunately the requirement for HDMI has been added.

The original specs though are spot on. Even the AMD processor is equivalent to an i5.

I would recommend a Dell Latitude E5570 as thats what I use in work, decent powered laptop and no slouch with HDMI on it (avoid the inspiron home user ranges imo) Edited June 25, 2016 by rich_tech

Don't know about the suitability for CAD, however have you taken a look at the HP 250 G4 range?

Many thanks to @ICTDirect_Dave, who also offered an amazing deal (as always!). Although my brother decided he wanted something more lightweight and slimmer with the same power... to which I say good luck to him for that price...
