Has anyone got a .academy TLD? we usually use .co.uk formats in our MAT but another school has got the domain we want Has anyone had any software compatibility issue with the .academy domain at all please? People assume I've forgotten to add .uk to my email address ending .co I've started capitalising it to make a point.... www.example.CO I need to track down the owner of the relevant .co.uk and apologise!! (Hopefully they don't have a catch-all turned on)

If you annoy them enough they might give you the .co.uk domain for free.

It's easier to assume .CO is missing a .UK on the end. They'll learn eventually. I did a Whois on the corresponding .co.uk domain and it looks like they've got Office 365 activated on it!

Maybe one day eh? Problem with that scheme is that the domains get stupidly long. Our domain is ridiculous, for example. Its 34 characters long!
