We have exciting opportunities to join our IT Services team and play a key role contributing towards the on-going support, maintenance, design, development and management of our IT Services. At National Star we are continuing to expand both our IT services and the geographic locations we serve. To ensure we can deliver exceptional standards of support to all our users, we are seeking to invest in experienced people to join our IT Services team and remain at the forefront of developments in the industry.

 

We are seeking, experienced 2nd line IT Services Engineers to join our existing engineers and telephony technician, to provide an excellent, customer focused service desk. You will be providing up to and including 2nd line support across a wide breadth of services and devices including; network infrastructure, AV equipment, various BYOD’s, client software, CCTV, door access and client hardware. If you have exceptional technical knowledge, communication & interpersonal skills and troubleshooting methodology then please get in touch.

 

This role is based at Cheltenham but will require flexibility and ability to travel to our other sites.

 

The closing date for this position is 22nd June 2016 and interviews will take place week commencing 4th July 2016.
