Help with moving Exchange on SBS

My friend moving his server from his office to his house.

 

What do i need to change so mail flows please?

Just change the MX records and any A records / Autodiscover records to point to the IP at his home... make sure he has a static IP.

Open up any ports on firewall at home to allow mail in too.
