Hi,

 

Our science lady has just dug 6 TTS Log-Box devices out of a cupboard and asked me to put the software on the network. All the disks are missing! TTS do not supply spare disks, does anyone have one they would be willing to make an .iso of please?

Word of warning... The latest version won't install properly if the user you are installing as has a redirected anything... In fact just install as a local admin!

Not quite on topic but did anyone have trouble installing the TTS log boxes? We have 6 that will not install the new (or old) drivers that have been supplied from TTS. They are not recognised at all. I've tried a different log-box, different cable and 4 different computers, 32-bit and 64-bit. Would be very grateful if someone can help.

What OS are you using? I couldn't get them working in any shape or form in Windows 10, not sure if 8 would be the same as we skipped it.
