Hi,

 

Looking for some inspiration really on making a budget iPad charge station, so I was wondering, what have people fashioned up at work when they have a few spare parts or the budget won't allow for the real deal?

 

I've used old classroom tray drawers on wheels before with chargers wired is as a cheap trolley aleternative!

A friend of mine has one of those metal file organizers that has about 4 sections with a drawer underneath.

 

He drilled a hole in each section and fed the chargers up from the drawer. Then a drilled a hole out the back for the extension lead.

 

It works for his family's tablets.

 

Obviously you will need something bigger for school but it may help with ideas?
