Activ Inspire v2 flipchart issue

Good Morning,

 

I have a teacher who is having issues with Activ Inspire v2 flipcharts. She has the software installed on her work laptop (W10) and her whiteboard machine (W7). When she opens the document on her laptop it works fine. When she goes to open the document on her whiteboard machine the flipchart is filled with black and white slides.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue like this? Any resolution?

Hi Ripleys,

From a first read at this, I would suspect that "something" is going on in the local user temp directory on the whiteboard machine.

 

So, at a first pass:

On the whiteboard machine:

1. Close ActivInspire

2. Delete the entire contents of: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp

3. Reboot the machine.

4. Move the flipchart to the local hard drive of the whiteboard machine where the user has full read, write, modify, execute access to.

5. Open the flipchart.

 

What happens?
