I have been tasked with creating a strategic ICT plan, not really sure where to start, anyone got one their willing to share, more for layout than anything else?

Split mine up into 3 sections.. Hardware, Staffing and teaching and Learning, also did it as a leaflet.

I'll have a dig around for the one a fellow Edugeeker kindly shared with me - this afternoon I expect it will be and if found post it up on here.

 

I'm by post NM in my establishment but in practice we are heading for Academy status and have had massive changes of Governance and structure over the past 12 months. The draft I submitted seems to have been overlooked and now I'm darned if I know where my post and self stand going forward. Fearing or wondering if I should be welcoming outsourcing!
