MrPstv Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 What to do with 60 odd of these? My inclination is to pop them in the iTBin......
RichCowell Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Yep, we've got two sets of those older ones, and either one or two sets of the newer ones, none of them have ever really been used... I'd bin them... I'd probably keep the flight case though...
NokiX Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 We have about 4 or 5 sets of them but all of them need new batteries since they have pretty much never been used. We would like to scrap them but the departments don't feel like letting go of them just yet for some reason.
bossman Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Our Maths department still use them albeit on special occasions and are very reluctant to get rid, when bought they got 5 sets at £2k a set (Wow!!) not my decision btw, the cases are very good and I will keep them. I Vote get rid
MrPstv Posted January 26, 2016 Author Posted January 26, 2016 Do you have any of the receivers? I have a receiver!
localzuk Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I'd say if you're not using them, but have a receiver, offer them for sale on here. I'm sure someone would want them. We have 3 sets of the newer ones and they are used constantly.

just_david Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 If you have a full working set, why not sell them? One mans trash etc

elsiegee40 Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 (edited) There's a case of 30 on ebay that sold for £21 + postage and another for £60 including postage Edited January 26, 2016 by elsiegee40
3s-gtech Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I have 60 units too, probably been used 5 times in total. Can't bring myself to bin them, but whoever designed the setup interface obviously had no concept of how long a lesson actually is. Utter garbage.
NB9457 Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I've seen some on US eBay, they sell for around £100 for a complete set of 30 and £200ish for 60, so as a rough guide between £1/200 I'd say.
