ITGURU Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Definitely true - anything electronic or with a plug comes to us IT guys - jammed laminators - changing iPhone screens, all part of the service!
mowgli82 Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 My wife is a vet nurse and the same applies....... to be honest I think it's the same whatever profession you're in.
Domino Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 That's hanging on our office wall...mostly to cover the hole our Junior tech put in it, but still
JoeBloggs Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Brilliant, just missing one thing! Since you fixed my printer, my internet explorer has stopped working (or add 2 totally unconnected items) - can you sort as it is your fault?! 1
DJ-1701 Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Shouldn't 'The End' have a question mark over it? As we all know it's not.
Geoff Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 I had to fix the POS till in the pub last night. On the bright side, free beer. 2
difinity Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Oooops !! a bit to late for me... In the last year excluding the usual IT selection of laptops, desktops, USB sticks, printers and network switches i have fixed an electric scooter controller, an electric breast pump, a beard trimmer, GHDs, a remote car fob, console controllers, a mini fridge, several amps, many TVs, phones and tablets.
ZeroHour Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Since you fixed my printer, my internet explorer has stopped working (or add 2 totally unconnected items) - can you sort as it is your fault?! Wow they actually know it's internet Explorer? Most I meet just call it internet. "I click internet but nothing happens."
rich_tech Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Love the poster, so apt for a lot of situations you face as an IT worker. The unconnected items are broken since you did that free work before is missing as already pointed out
