Since the iOS 9 update, it doesn't seam that any end user devices are able to connect to my network. All other devices are fine, only after a user updates their personal apple device to iOS 9.x.

On the device itself, I've reset the network. Forgot the access points (network), I've power-cycled the device.

Once it attempts to connect it simply says "Unable to connect to network". And this is (as far as I know, with all iOS 9 devices, however ALL other devices work just fine.

I'm open to suggestions on what I could look for to solve this.

Edit: Correction, the device does NOT receive an IP from my DHCP.

You using Meru wireless by any chance? It's an issue to do with authentication. Apple made a change in ios9 to make it more secure but doesn't work with Meru

Thanks Danelliot87, our network requires no authentication. It's open to join (we are small enough to get away with it so far). Unless there is some other authentication behind the scenes I don't see that I'm able to change, I don't know if there is anything I can do.

We've had a couple of issues with our meraki enrolled devices. The original wifi profile was setup on WPA/WPA2 but I've noticed this option within meraki has changed.

I changed the setting within meraki to say WPA2 iOS 8+ (from memory) which seems to have helped - but I've still had to manually remove the profile from a couple of devices and manually connect to a network to download the newer version.
