Just looking into some netgear gs752tsb stackable switches, am i correct in saying that you have to use SFP's to stack them?

I'm looking at the ones listed on broadband buyer > NETGEAR GS752TSB ProSafe 48-Port Smart Stackable Gigabit Switch w/ 6x Combo SFP Ports

I'm just trying to work out how the stacking works, how do you link them together to provide the high availability?

As you can tell, i'm pretty new to stackable switches.

So if there are more than 2 switches how do link together? in a daisy chain? If that's the case and one switch fails would that break the daisy chain?

I can't attest to these specific switches, but usually you create a ring on stacked switches, so the top of the stack connects to the bottom of the stack. that way if one switch fails the stack can still operate

ie SW1>SW2>SW3>SW4>SW1
