Displaying Housepoints and merits on digital signage

Basically i want to know of any simple ways of displaying Housepoints and if possible merits on our tvs around the school. Now we use PARS at the school and having spoke to them it cannot show live data but thats not a problem as i can get all the reports i need emailed to me or hopefully the people who will eventually manage the system.

 

My question is how can we display the data in graph format an if possible make them animated instead of displaying an excel spreadsheet? My current thought is to link an excel spreadsheet to powerpoint and animate the graphs and export the powerpoint as a video each week. Only problem with this is that it is time consuming and wont really have the time. Can anyone recommend another way of doing this?

I used to do something similar in a school I worked in. I just literally put the tables on the screen. If you want them to be animated I think it would probably be easiest to just create a powerpoint.
