You can, its just in the preferences of Dropbox, under "Account" in the tray application. I have an account I use for sharing code with people and it is on a different drive of mine at home.

 

Thanks, I'll go see her later and hopefully get it sorted for her. Old head used Dropbox but always online. He didn't want things stored locally/on network

still 800gb of anything is ALOT of stuff, id be surprised if there some stuff in there that shouldn't be. unless the teacher is hoarding photos and videos.. which they shouldnt be outside of the school.

 

the only option is dropbox or an equivalent, which unless the school is buying into it for business level use its a no, as you need to be able to secure the data if anything was to happen, so GAFE, Office365, Dropbox for business or the Laptop with TPM/1tb storage.

 

I have the dropbox argument every few months in here - i flat out banned it in all of my schools after i found a few users had put 30+ gb of content on their personal accounts, GAFE is free but good luck getting a quick turn around on the setup - the unlimited storage is nice though.
