Impero - Customer Portal's available again!

Thought so it requires an activation email to be sent by Impero, so us beta testers are probably the only ones with access atm.. not sure why they've switched over to the live domain without sending out an email first though! maybe they're in the process of migrating accounts or w/e.

I've not had any emails from them about it - I just checked the page as I restarted my browser and that tab loaded (it's not loaded while it's been down)... I just tried logging on, then had to reset my password to get back in and get it to meet the new complexity requirements...

You'll get an email to verify your email address when you first log in... So you should get an email with a link to verify it after you've reset your password... Edited October 14, 2015 by RichCowell

Mine doesn't get past the reset password bit even after the bit above, I'll contact support they are always spot on.

I've had the "New Portal" email, couldn't login, went to reset my password, nothing happens, just sits there looking at me, mocking me, begging me to click the button again....

Just checked.. Our portal provider as they hit buttons to go live introduced an configuration error they are currently working on it and should hopefully be fixed soon in meantime please contact support if you need any help etc..

Overnight I believe the portal provider fixed the problem. If you had trouble doing the password reset then it try again hopefully you should be able to get access..

It's still borked (for me at least). I'm actually pretty cheesed off with Impero now. Our Impero is SO unstable it's crashing all the time. Logging has been flakey and I've had to get their support to fix it a few times now. So getting access to the support portal would be VERY handy indeed. I got an email from Impero yesterday at 13:09 saying "The new, improved Customer Portal is now live". Hurrah! But my old password did not work. So I tried resetting it, which did not work (it just vegetated). I emailed their support. I still haven't received even so much as an acknowledgment, let alone a reply. Now I see Russ' post above, so I try again. Neither old nor new passwords work, so I try resetting it again. The reset process *seems* to work this time, and I'm taken back to a login screen. But the new password does not work. I try resetting it again, and am EXTRA careful with what I'm typing just in case it was me being a muppet. Nope. Login is still broken. A sentence with the words "organise" and "brewery" in it spring to mind...

It was a bit of a hassle and I had to phone support but I managed to get our logins setup eventually although our original email address was still stuck in the system and we couldn't setup a contact for it ourselves but other than that it went okay. I'm looking forward to the next Impero release above this new portal though to help with stability issues!

Which version are you on? If it's anything newer than 5.0.03 then I believe they are still preview versions and not on general release (or we've missed an email saying the updates are finally available).

Even 5.0.03? May be worth dropping back down to that? The only stability issues I've had with Impero were RAM related on the server, as soon as I increased that it was back to normal... I've always found it to be stable, even the beta versions (currently on 5.0.08)...

We had major issues with anything above 5.1.05 it was constantly using 100% of the CPU, once we downgraded back to 5.0.03 it worked fine.
