Having major smart ink problems in my workplace. Smart ink keeps interfering with typing and clicking in internet explorer. The only way you can stop this is if you turn off smart ink. However if you turn off smart ink you then can't use the smart interactive white boards! anyone else had this issue and has found a way to resolve this. The only way we found was to completely rebuild the pc.

Thanks

I have seen that, the way I got round it was to update Smart Note book to 11.4 and then update smart ink to 2. something and then it works fine, hope that helps

Hi @woodsa

What version of SMART Notebook and drivers are installed? Is there an identical laptop where this behaviour isn't happening? Did this suddenly start happening after a long period without this behaviour?

One quick thing to check out is in SMART Settings, look for ink related settings - I vaguely recollect that you can switch of Ink for specific applications like, Word, Powerpoint.. IE ??

Kind Regards

I think you need to update to 11.4 and then you can download ink 2 through the update client on the computer. Given notebook is now on version 14 you will need to get 11.4 off their website.

Hope this helps
