SMART Notebook Express - Installer

Hello All,

 

Does anyone have a copy of the SMART Notebook Express installer they could send me please? I have inherited a SMART system but have no license keys to get into their web portal! I cannot call support from the school as we have a block on international calls and the telephone number input on their contact form still does not work!

I'd call them from my mobile and then give it to the bursar as an expense tbh.

You should be able to download version 11.4 of the full Notebook software here - https://education.smarttech.com/en/products/notebook/download#admin

 

Just click on the small link under the key field, choose 11.4 and fill in contact details.

 

It will download when you click Download. However, you would still need a key to activate it.

 

Your other option is to buy a Notebook Advantage subscription for all your boards, and get the latest versions. Shouldn't be too expensive as you have the boards which means you don't need to buy the original license.

 

The final option is to use the site http://express.smarttech.com

@localzuk, I have pointed the staff towards the web based version for now whilst I figure out the licensing. Had to laugh at the teacher who said that "uploading the files and then having to download them was 'complicated'" lol
