Outlook signatures en masse

How do you go about it? Just trying to obtain some research on various methods.

Transport Rules in Exchange, if your exchange is too old to support them I've used Disclaimer software from here - https://www.exclaimer.co.uk/mail-disclaimers/

What are you using? Outlook? Exchange? Office365?

I looked at this over the summer and wanted to do have the school details below each email message that went outside the organisation otherwise if you set "signatures" via exchange's transport rules, youll find that the signatures end up at the very bottom of the email. I foubd only codetwo could get round this problem meaning extra software had to be bought.

 

Now i have a rule that says if {string of custom words} are found in the email (such as our disclaimer) dont apply the school details.

 

I got sick of seeing the school address flyibg around internal emails (85% of our mail is internal) and also it wastes virtual ink and space , so now signatures are title and name with job title underneath. Like i said, anything external has the school details on depending on rules.

We use MailDisclaimers (above) for custom footers, plus Transport Rule to apply legal disclaimer.

We have Exchange 2010 and clients are predominantly Outlook 2013. As mentioned above I found a test HTML template I used in a transport rule and signatures always wound up at the bottom.

 

Need to get out media/design savvy person to design it how he wants also before doing anything further. Exclaimer looks bloody expensive...

Hi all, I notice that Exclaimer https://www.exclaimer.co.uk/signature-manager-exchange-edition/ has already been mentioned above but would certainly advise looking at it. At VeryPC we use this both inhouse and have various customers who use it.

 

It is a great bit of software and makes managing signatures a bliss.
