[sims] Cover timings incorrect

We have just moved to a new timetable, and the lesson times are correct in Lesson Monitor, however they are incorrect in Cover. Is there a way of changing the times of the lessons?

Have you run the Apply Timetable routine?

Try going to tools, cover , detect timetable changes.

I have run the apply timetable - twice! And the detect timetable changes didn't bring any up at all. Not really sure where to go now. If a member of staff is out all day there isn't an issue, but the timelines are not correct if they are out for one period. The bizarre bit is that most of the lesson times are correct...it is only one lesson that is wrong!

This sounds like the issue I've raised where you can only do Cover by Time and not by Period (all blank) and the times don't tie up with the timetabled day.

 

On My Account I've been informed there is a patch which I've asked for but not yet seen..
