Hi

 

Is it possible to change the default order of a marksheet in Assessment Manager?

 

I've been asked by our SLT whether its possible to make all of the FSM pupils apear at the top of all teachers marksheets by default? I know individually we can sort a marksheet to make the FSM pupils at the top, however when i close the marksheet and reopen it the order reverts back to alphabetical.

 

In addition they have asked if it is possible to colour the rows with FSM pupils in to make them stand out even more - as far as I can see its not possible to colour a row at all ( I know columns can be coloured)

 

Any ideas - or confirmation that these things aren't possible?

I don't think so, but when you make some changes and close the marksheet it does ask if you want to save changes, like narrow cols etc. If it doesn't save when you do that, then it won't work. I would imagine it defaults to sorting by name.

But, i would argue, it's a good skill for staff to sort themselves - and it might not only be FSM they should be analysing by. Yes it saves time if they need to do it everyday, but how often are they going into these...?

You could make them an additonal marksheet with just FSM in it?
