Avaya phone, set alarms?

We currently have a change of lesson bell that we are trying to change as its not working that well.

 

Had an idea, we have phones in every classroom, wondering if there's a way we could get all phones to play a sound at lesson change time automatically.

 

Anyone know if this is possible?

I would talk to your phone provider (assuming you have a maintenance contract on your system), we have a different system to you, but it has a tannoy system, where we can do a broadcast to all phones which can be grouped. Maybe they can set a "autodialler" or something like that up on a schedule to broadcast.

We have a paging system as I was messing around putting music through it. It just the schedule bit. BT are going to speak to their engineers.

If you are using IP Office and have Voicemail Pro, you can schedule alarm calls.

Your Fire Alarm may do this if its a modern one we got rid of the sessional bell at my last place and the just wired the programmer for it into the Fire Alarm and they sounded a different tone for 10 seconds.
