Can anybody recommend a free online help desk ticket system?

Rt at a glance is really good. You have an email address setup and the server runs a script that pulls the emails into a queue. Easily done and is excellent

We use OSTicket , we upgraded from liberum, as the source hadn't been tended to in a decade or so!

 

We find it works very well to our needs, and had AD integration, so people log in with their AD name.

 

oh and free (well GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE anyway)
