Hi

I currently have a 2008 R2 server activating Windows 7 and Office 2010 clients via KMS. I'm looking to migrate this over to Server 2012 R2, but cannot for the life of me find where I got the KMS HOST key from to activate. It's been so long ago since setting up the original host.

I've looked under our license list and there isn't a KMS key that specifically says for the host?

is there a special one for the HOST or do I just apply the 2012 R2 normal KMS key listed as below, and that will allow Server 2012 R2 clients to activate, then apply the Windows 7 one or does this key cover both?

In the Microsoft VLSCR website, if you go to Licences > Rel Summary > select active agreement > product keys

Do you have the Windows 7 VLK there? That's the one for the server.

Under the product keys I only have a VLK for office 2007.

Only other 1 I have is:

Win 7 - KMS - guess this is it?

Then a Windows Srv 2012R2 DataCtr/Std KMS which I assume be for the servers to activate against?
