Hi all,

We've recently installed InTouch and are in the process of setting up the configuration/contact info. One thing we don't know is what effect it will have on server resources once we're in full swing. Capita were extremely vague on this front, anyone had any experience?

Server is a virtualised environment, win2012, SQL 2012, 16GB RAM and 4 virtual CPU's.

Any advice would be much appreciated,

Cheers

So long as you've told SQL not to hog all the RAM, you'll be fine. The SSM version of InTouch is much better behaved regarding memory.

If the drain was significant we wouldn't be vague!! Clearly if you are running on a hairdryer adding any burden will be a problem!!

Great response to one of your paying supported customers, keep up the good work!
