I'm a school administrator and have been using SIMs for the last 7 years. I'm moving to a new school in September which uses RM Integris.

In my current school the SIMs digital attendance register is taken in class and also has a 2nd tab which shows if the pupil will be having a school meal, packed lunch or is marked absent for lunch and so generates the school meal numbers.

The office I am moving to still uses paper registers which is then input onto Integris by the office staff. Can anyone tell me if Integris attendance registers can be assigned to teachers and thus completed in classrooms and if it generates school meal numbers as SIMs does? I can't find an Integris manual online so any help/clarification much appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

You can definitely do the registers in class and set the to each teacher, I don't know exactly how it's done but I'd suspect it's part of the timetabling side of things (or linked to it) in a similar way to how SIMS handles it.

No idea about the meals side of it though.

Hi,

Yes we use Integris and our teachers do the registers..... the one pain you will find though coming from SIMS (Like I have) is that nothing integrates with it at all!!!

On the flip side, does anyone know if Integris does an app that allows teachers to take the registers through their iPads?
