BT Meridian (I know, I know.)

Morning all,

 

We've been seeing issues with dialing out to 0345 numbers on our BT Meridian office phone system. Now considering the system itself is older than I am (No, I'm not kidding) BT will no longer support it and we are struggling to find how to fix this issue in the manual.

 

Does anyone here know how to unblock or allow outgoing calls to 0345 numbers through the BT Merridian system? My google-fu has failed me on this one.

Not entirely sure, but this may help? How can I make amendments to the Call Barring tables and bar premium rate numbers from all extensions? | Help | BT Business

I've came across that page before, unfortunately it doesn't give me any info on how to get into the Call Barring tables for our system.
